Complex Home Health Care Specialist

Nurseline Community Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group, is seeking a Complex Physical Health Support Worker to deliver person-centered care in clients’ homes across Plymouth. You will work under RGN supervision to support individuals with neurological conditions, disabilities and long-term health needs.

You will provide respiratory and feeding support, catheter and stoma care, mobility assistance and infection control, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
