Youth Residential Care Worker — Sleep-In Shifts

The Cambian Group is hiring a Children’s Residential Support Worker for our homes in Bedford, Essex and Colchester. You will provide compassionate 1:1 support and organize activities for children aged 4–12 in a fast-paced home, benefiting from a structured rota and a supportive team.

We welcome applicants with a genuine passion for working with young people; no prior experience is required. Training, DBS coverage and ongoing induction are provided to develop your career in residential care.
