Team Leader, Children’s Residential Care Home

5ab Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Care Worker/Team Leader for our children’s residential care team in Luton. You will lead a team, work closely with the Registered Manager, and ensure high standards of care and safeguarding for children and young people.

The role requires leadership experience, a relevant NVQ Level 3+, and flexibility to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. A full driving license is required.
