Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents’ conditions to senior staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.

Experience

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable.
• A strong command of English is required for effective communication with residents and colleagues.
• Familiarity with IT systems will be beneficial for maintaining records and communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with residents and their families.
