CMHT Team Leader – Registered Mental Health Practitioner (3-Year Secondment)

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales) is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Practitioner to lead the day-to-day operational management of the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) on a 3-year secondment.

You will provide effective leadership and supervision to staff, have line management responsibility for BCUHB staff in the team, and work closely with the Community Service Manager and multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver recovery-focused, high-quality care.
