Team Leader – Children’s Residential Care (Trauma-Informed)

You will lead shifts, supervise Residential Support Workers, and promote a safe, nurturing, child-centred environment for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The role also involves safeguarding, care planning and liaising with social workers and therapies.
