You will lead staff, ensure high-quality care for children and young people, and foster a safe, nurturing environment to help residents develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes. The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, at least 12 months supervisory experience, and strong safeguarding knowledge.
