Senior Residential Childcare Leader

Randstad Care is looking for a Senior Residential Childcare Worker to lead shifts and champion high standards of therapeutic care in a structured residential setting for up to five young people in the Kirkintilloch area.

The role requires SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) with an HNC preferred, 1–2 years’ experience in children’s residential care, SSSC registration or eligibility, and a full UK driving license.
