Healthcare Assistant & Support Worker

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Agency Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support individuals with their physical, emotional and social needs.
• Maintain dignity, privacy and independence at all times.
• Assist with mobility, meals and daily routines.
• Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare, care homes or support work is desirable.
• A caring, patient and responsible attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete the required compliance checks.
