Community Mental Health Engagement Facilitator

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Community Roots Facilitator to work across the Blackpool & Fylde locality, with occasional delivery in the Central locality. You will run face-to-face and digital sessions, build relationships with community partners, and help people access health and wellbeing opportunities.
