HR Advisor – ER & Manager Coaching (Hybrid)

Shaw Gibbs in the UK is seeking an HR Advisor on a 3‑month fixed term contract, with hybrid working (three days in the office, two at home). You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, handling employee relations matters, disciplinary, grievance and absence cases, and supporting line managers with performance discussions.

You will coach managers to build capability, ensure policies align with UK employment law, and contribute to People Team initiatives.
