Education HR Adviser — Safeguarding & Casework Lead

Harbour Learning Trust is looking for a proactive HR Adviser to provide practical, policy-compliant guidance to managers across multiple academies. You will support safeguarding and GDPR compliance while fostering positive employee relations and effective governance.

Reporting to the Head of HR & Safeguarding, you will handle operational casework, support investigations, and ensure accurate SCR and probation processes across the Trust.
