Personal Assistant required to support female aged 65 years who lives in Spennymoor
The lady has chronic illness, multiple health problems, is not blind but is severely sighted.
Needs support and care in everyday life.
Applicants must have a caring nature, and preferably some experience in care work.
Hours / wage
10 hours per week – flexible days/times, to be discussed at interview
5 of these hours for housework, ironing, assistance at home.
Remaining hours for hospital, dentist, chiropodist, medical appointments, as well as some shopping, social time.
£13.50 per hour
No care to be provided in the applicant’s own home.
Successful applicant will need to drive and have access to a car as this will be needed.
DBS will be needed, employer will cover cost if successful applicant doesn’t have one and needs to apply.
