Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced HR Business Support Officer to join their client’s resourcing team.
Contract is 2-3 months in Bristol BS1.
PAYE rate: £15.56 per hour
Location: Bristol BS1
Working pattern: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
To provide a responsive, accurate, customer focused and professional HR resourcing service to hiring managers, employees, candidates and other customers in accordance with Bristol City Council (BCC) policy and procedures.
Support the provision of a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of specialised systems used within resourcing and wider HR.
Provide support and guidance on job descriptions and person specifications, ensuring it clearly articulates the requirements of each role.
- Administer the council’s redeployment process:
- Induction to Redeployment
- Matching Redeployee to potential role
- Arranging interview
- Appointment paperwork
Responsible for quality checking all starter pack, references & right to work documents that need to meet legislative and organisational standards submitted by hiring managers & Candidate’s ensuring accuracy and compliance working to a payroll deadline.
NVQ level 3 in business administration or equivalent qualification and/or experience of working in business administration.
Ability to deliver a highly professional and customer focused service to others.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Hybrid working: 1-2 days in the office per week
