Shoes Retail Sales Associate – KPI Driven, Discounts

Clark’s in King’s Lynn is seeking a friendly Sales Team Member to provide a great in-store experience, help customers find the right shoes and accessories, and represent the brand with enthusiasm.

You will work to store KPIs, deliver sales at target levels, and maintain high retail standards on the shop floor and in back of house.

This role requires flexibility to work a 7-day pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and offers a range of benefits as part of the Clark’s team.
