Remote Evening Part-Time Customer Care Advisor

Elemis is hiring a Customer Care Consultant for evenings, 25 hours per week, fully remote in the UK. You will handle calls, emails and live chat, help customers choose skincare routines, process orders and bookings, and resolve issues with a focus on outstanding service.

You will be part of a premium team, supported by a Team Leader, with opportunities to upsell, learn product details, and share skincare expertise. Shift times run 6pm–11pm, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.
