Compassionate Receptionist – Patient Care & Signposting

BrisDoc Healthcare Services’ Homeless Health Service in Bristol seeks a patient-focused Reception colleague to welcome patients, book appointments, and signpost to the right care in a confidential, respectful manner.

You will work with clinicians and admin staff to deliver seamless patient experiences, handle calls, registrations, and queries while maintaining accurate records and supporting service improvements within BrisDoc’s values.
