Interim Building Surveyor (RICS) – PPM & Capital Projects

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Interim Building Surveyor to manage planned maintenance across council assets and to lead capital projects within the Estates in the Commercial & Assets Directorate. The role is on-site 3 days a week on a 3-month initial contract, with a daily rate up to £500 (umbrella).

You will drive end-to-end capital projects, oversee facilities management and contractor performance, and provide property advice to support the council’s estate strategy.
