Job Description:
O’Neill is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager within a Defence-focused division in the south of England. The role will coordinate policy and processes, manage design, contract risk, price scrutiny, and the programme to deliver for the client while protecting the business.
You will lead pre-construction from enquiry through mobilisation, coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, engineers and subcontractors, and align commercial and delivery teams to secure successful bids and project outcomes.
