Facilities & Compliance Leader, Estate Management

Merton Council is seeking a lead for facilities management to oversee the Council’s corporate buildings, delivering statutory landlord responsibilities across hard and soft FM, health and safety, compliance and utilities management.

You will drive smarter, more sustainable ways to run the estate and manage contracts up to £20m, coordinating teams and external partners to keep buildings safe, efficient and fit for the future.
