My client is looking for a seasoned Property Manager who has more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.

Compensation: Up to 100K basic + benefits/ commission/ car.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in commercial property management.
• Genuine hunter – this is a new business acquisition role.
• Comfortable with and have a proven track record of consistent prospecting.
• Highly driven and target-oriented.
• Maximise revenues and grow the commercial property register.
• Display high standards of service and presentation.
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
• Highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
