- Full‑stack product ownership across discovery, delivery, and iteration on any surface area (SaaS, API, Payments, Infrastructure)
- Weekly engagement with users: front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients
- Roadmap development and prioritization grounded in first‑principles thinking
- Partner with Design and Engineering through tight, fast build cycles
- Embed with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to support launch, adoption, and feedback loops
- Define, track, and manage product metrics at the feature and platform level
- Design and drive exceptional end-to-end user experiences—from backend architecture to delivery mechanisms and UI layers
