Strategic Non-Financial Risk Manager (Hybrid)

TP ICAP is seeking a Risk Manager, Non-Financial Risk Management to help identify, assess and manage non-financial risk across day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives and change programmes. You will work with stakeholders to monitor risk profiles and strengthen Enterprise and Operational Risk practices.

The role offers broad exposure across the organisation with a strong emphasis on proactive risk culture and governance. Hybrid work in London is supported.
