CDD Design SME – Financial Crime Controls Lead

Barclays seeks a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Design SME to lead end-to-end CDD design across global businesses. You will translate regulatory expectations into practical, risk-based controls and work with Compliance, technology and change teams to strengthen the bank’s Financial Crime controls.

Based in London or Glasgow, you will drive design improvements, conduct risk assessments, and guide the implementation of robust CDD processes while embedding controls across the organisation.
