FlatPlan is hiring a Head of Customer Success to lead the teams that onboard and support publishers using our SaaS platform. You will partner with the Founder/CEO and other leaders to ensure outstanding customer experience, scale operations, and drive value at every stage of the customer journey.
You’ll own onboarding improvements, measure customer satisfaction, and steer the strategy for renewals and expansion while leveraging AI tools and data to boost efficiency and impact.
