Associate Design Manager – Major Projects (M&E)

RED Engineering Design in Newcastle is seeking a fully experienced Associate Design Manager to lead major projects from our Newcastle office. You will manage teams across mechanical and electrical installations, oversee cost and bid analyses, and ensure delivery aligns with our project standards.

The role requires BSc/BEng in engineering, Chartered Eng status or equivalent, and extensive experience with building services. UK regulations knowledge and leadership skills are essential.
