Factory Food Safety & Quality Tech Leader

Sofina Foods Europe seeks a Factory Technical Manager for our premium pork production site in the UK. You will lead quality performance, food safety and continuous improvement on the factory floor, embedding a proactive quality culture and driving right-first-time outcomes.

Spending most time on the shop floor, you will coach operators, liaise with engineers and site leaders, oversee audits, NCRs and corrective actions, and aim to prevent issues before they arise.
