Job Description:
Cygnet Hospital Oldbury is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead nursing care across a 12 bed PICU and a 15 bed Acute ward, supporting a multidisciplinary team to meet the complex mental health needs of patients in the West Midlands.
You will work full time (40 hours per week) with on-call duties, supervise staff, and ensure policies, procedures and regulatory compliance. The role supports development of evidence-based practice and professional growth for the team.
