Nurse Care Manager – Clinical Leader in Nursing Home

Excelcare Holdings is recruiting a Nurse Qualified Care Manager for Windmill Lodge Nursing Home in Brixton, London. You will work closely with the Home Manager and the second Care Manager to ensure the highest standards of nursing care and clinical excellence.

The role focuses on leading on-site teams, delivering care plans aligned to resident choices, and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. Hours are 8-5, Monday to Friday, with on-call rota shared with the management team.
