JoinerWe are currently recruiting an experienced Joiner to join our busy Repairs & Maintenance team within our Fermanagh depot. All works will cover Omagh, Enniskillen and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery and general maintenance works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out first and second fix joinery works.
Undertaking reactive and planned maintenance repairs.
Repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards, flooring, kitchen units and other timber fixtures.
Completing general property maintenance and refurbishment works.
Diagnosing faults and providing practical, effective solutions.
Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Delivering excellent customer service when working in occupied properties.
Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in first and second fix joinery.
Experience in general property maintenance and repairs.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Valid CSR card.
Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with tenants and clients.
