Quality Manager

Quality Manager, Dungannon

Exciting opportunity to join a global manufacturer as their new Quality Manager in Dungannon.

Reporting to and supporting the Operations Director you will take responsibility for ensuring customer quality standards are always met, this will include;

• Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards in a lean environment.
• Develop and implement quality management strategies, systems, and performance standards aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor quality performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Promote quality awareness and communication across departments, driving a Total Quality Management (TQM) culture.
• Lead site Quality Councils and manage departmental performance against agreed targets through reviews and appraisals.
• Report on quality performance and changes to internal and external standards.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers to support continuous improvement.

What we are looking for.

• Strong working knowledge and experience of Quality Management Systems, gained within a manufacturing setting
• Leadership experience and proven track record of people management
• Ability to work with suppliers to improve overall levels of quality
