Nixon McQuade is recruiting a Solicitor on behalf of a professional services firm in Dungannon.
The position would suit someone with a background in property and private client work who enjoys direct client contact and taking ownership of their files.
Joining a small team, you will have the opportunity to shape your caseload around your strengths while supporting an established client base.
Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome, with flexibility and hybrid working available for the right candidate.
The Role
Taking responsibility for residential and commercial property transactions, covering sales, purchases and remortgages.
Supporting individuals and families with the preparation of wills, estate planning and administration of estates.
Providing clear, practical advice and keeping clients informed throughout their matters.
Managing files, deadlines and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Contributing to the practices growth through strong client relationships.
Taking on work in other practice areas where this aligns with your experience and interests.
The Person
A Solicitor with solid experience across conveyancing and wills/probate.
Ideally 3+ years PQE, with flexibility on experience level for a suitable applicant.
Comfortable progressing matters independently and making practical decisions.
Approachable and confident dealing with clients.
