PRODUCTION OPERATOR
DERRY CITY/ LONDONDERRY
FULL TIME, TEMP to Perm
HOURS OF WORK:
Week 1: Monday – Thursday 6am – 4pm, Friday 6am – 2pm
Week 2: Monday – Thursday 4pm – 2am, Friday 4pm – 12am. 20% shift enhancement from 6pm – 10pm, 30% shift enhancement for any hours worked beyond 10pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely perform assembly and production tasks in line with daily targets and quality standards
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct quality checks and report defects or non-conformances to supervisors
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation and production area
- Work collaboratively as part of a production team to meet deadlines
- Complete relevant documentation and production records accurately
- Assist with stock and materials handling as required
Criteria
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as training and ongoing development will be provided.
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
