My Global client are looking to recruit an experienced Project Delivery Manager on an initial 6 month contract to start ASAP. This role is fully remote and Inside IR35.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous experience delivering large scale payments, fintech, digital commerce, or financial technology projects.
- Proven experience leading end to end payment gateway, payment service provider (PSP), payment orchestration, or payment platform implementations.
- Experience working with global payment providers such as CyberSource, Adyen, Adflex, Stripe, Worldpay, Ingenico, Braintree, or similar.
- Demonstrable track record managing complex, multi country payment transformations across EMEA, Americas and APAC regions.
- Experience delivering projects involving payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, fraud prevention and order to cash processes.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and omnichannel payment ecosystems.
- Experience managing third party payment vendors, commercial negotiations, contracts and implementation partners.
- Experience delivering technology and business change programmes involving ERP integration, preferably SAP 4HANA.
- Proven experience creating business cases, investment proposals and executive level recommendations for strategic technology decisions.
- Experience shaping target operating models and global capabilities rather than solely delivering predefined projects.
- Strong Project Management skills including RAID, Change Management, Vendor Management, Budget Controls, & Governance using Agile & Waterfall delivery methods.
