Head of HR – Education Leadership & People Strategy

St Helen’s School is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, employee relations, policy development and workforce planning within an educational setting, ensuring safeguarding compliance and the School’s values are embedded across the employee lifecycle. A CIPD Level 7 qualification is preferred, with strong stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills.
