Building Surveyor – Social Housing & Stock Condition

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor / Stock Condition Surveyor in Oxfordshire. The role focuses on stock condition, disrepair, repairs and voids within social housing or Local Authority portfolios, producing robust technical and legal reports.

You will assess property condition, prepare specifications and cost estimates, and liaise with housing, legal and property teams. A full UK driving licence is required and RICS is desirable.
