Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid, Leeds, Car Allowance

Fortiva is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Leeds-based commercial team on a permanent hybrid basis. You will take commercial ownership across multiple infrastructure-focused projects and lead client meetings, ensuring value and compliance with NEC3/4 contracts.

You will manage CVRs, cash flow forecasts, final accounts, and supply chain contracts while driving continuous improvement of commercial practices.
