Skilled Careers is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for ELVS packages in the City of London. You will take commercial ownership, manage CVRs, forecasts and payment applications across two flagship projects, liaising with clients and subcontractors to drive cost control and commercial performance.
Strong understanding of BMS/EMS/Smart Technologies and NEC3/NEC4 or JCT contracts is essential, with experience using Asta or COINS.
