Senior Mental Health Nurse – Crisis Team (Older Adults)

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Crisis Function Team. The post covers Oxford House, Bishop’s Stortford, and Roseanne House, Welwyn Garden City, with flexible shift patterns.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team providing rapid assessment, care coordination and risk management to support independent living and reduce hospital admissions.
