Band 6 Community Mental Health Worker – Flexible Shifts

Band 6 Community Mental Health Worker role within the 247 Neighbourhood project at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. The post is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with duties spanning assessment, care planning, risk management and community-based work in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will work with adults with mental health needs, engage with families/carers, coordinate with partner agencies and contribute to service improvements in the community.
