Hard FM Service Manager – NHS Hospital, Bristol (Hybrid)

Rydon Maintenance in Bristol is seeking an experienced Hard FM Service Manager to lead a small team delivering reactive and planned maintenance on an NHS hospital contract. You will ensure compliance with safety and HSQE standards while managing in-house engineers and any subcontracted services to meet SLA/KPI targets.

Reporting to the contract manager, you will contribute to the contract strategy, drive improvements, and balance quality with cost efficiencies.
