Facilities Maintenance Account Manager – Growth & Key Accounts

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Account Manager in Bishop’s Stortford. You will own key client relationships, price and estimate new works, and manage contracts end-to-end to maximise retention and service standards.

The role is office-based with occasional client site visits. You will develop proposals, bids and commercial submissions, monitor KPIs, and travel between sites to support growth and client satisfaction.
