Customer Success Manager – Hybrid, 12-Month FTC

Kerv is seeking a Customer Success professional for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover based in London. The role involves owning a portfolio of high-profile accounts, acting as the customer advocate, and ensuring value delivery across the customer journey.

You will work in a hybrid model, attending the Richmond (TW9) office twice a week as needed, while collaborating with Sales, Delivery and Marketing to deliver outstanding outcomes.
