• Support with daily routines and activities.
• Encourage independence and participation in the community.
• Provide reassurance and emotional support where required.
• Support with personal care and daily living tasks, when and where necessary.
• Follow individual care and support plans.
• Support with medication in line with prescribed procedures and training.
