Visitor Experience Lead – Front of House, London

The Royal Air Force Museum in London is seeking a Visitor Experience Supervisor to lead our front of house team and ensure a warm, safe, and engaging welcome for visitors.

This hands-on, part-time role involves supervising Visitor Experience Assistants and volunteers, coordinating rotas, supporting customer service excellence, and acting as Duty Manager when needed. The position is 1,250 hours per year.

Hours include weekends and some evenings; salary is £23,316.31 per annum.
