Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents is seeking an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator in a high street office environment. The role focuses on telesales to generate viewings and valuations, nurturing the existing client database, and closing deals through strong telephone-based selling.
The position offers a £25,000–£30,000 basic salary plus commission with on target earnings around £40,000. Working hours are 8.30am–6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday off.
