Resident Liaison Officer – Social Housing Projects

Novus Property Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to support tenants living in social housing across Cumbria. You will liaise between customers, clients and site teams, keeping residents informed and helping resolve issues throughout each works phase.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and IT skills, plus a full UK driving licence. Travel across Cumbria is expected, with DBS and driving checks as part of appointment.
