Public Library Porter — Keep Our Busy Library Running

Bristol City Council is hiring a Porter for Central Library in Bristol. The role is permanent and part-time, 31.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern including weekends. You will port, clean and perform basic maintenance while delivering friendly customer service to hundreds of daily visitors.

Applicants should be able to work unsupervised or in a team, communicate effectively with diverse people, and demonstrate attention to detail. A DBS check is required and flexible working is not offered.
