Virgin Media O2 in Coventry is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to lead by example, coaching a retail team and owning day-to-day store operations. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, nurture relationships, and spot opportunities to drive sales and commercial success.

In smaller stores you may act as a deputy to the Store Leader, taking ownership when they are away, while staying flexible across shifts including evenings and weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided.
