Retail Duty Manager: Lead Shifts, Develop Team & Drive Sales

Iceland is seeking a committed Duty Manager to join our Weymouth store. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts, helping to deliver great customer availability and drive sales.

You will lead a team, support engagement, and ensure store standards are consistently met. Successful candidates will have retail leadership experience, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching.
